Besides the refractive indices, it would be great if there was an entity to store the 'pinhole spacing' for the spinning disk or slit scan confocal microscopes.

Arc - Type(Hg, Xe, HgXe) Filament - Type(Incandescent, Halogen) Laser - Type(Gas, Die...), Pump, LaserMedium, Wavelength,

FrequencyMultiplication, Tuneable, Pulse, PockelCell, RepetitionRate

And any reference to a light source also has a Wavelength and Attenuation.
